Just wanted to say thanks to online chat agent Ana. She was very friendly, instead of sounding like a robot, and very helpful. She was willing to research my issue when everyone else just gave up and said not possible.
I MUCH prefer to use online chat over calling CS, so I use chat alot with all kinds of companies. Ana is by far the friendliest chat agent I can remember. I was so impressed I made this account just to let Verizon corporate know about her. And also, VZ, your forum sucks. Hard to naviagate, not intuitive at all. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to post, so even more credit to Ana
