You are awesome! Like I discussed with you at the end of our conversation, I am all too familiar with customer service and how to handle and speake to coworkers especially when the customer is in front of you, you did your job without engaging in insulting remarks like Dean or fredy or whatever his name was. I appreciate that you were still on the line when you transfered him to me and that you took me off the call with him to help me get things straightened out with financial services. I wish there was a better way to acknoledge your excellent customer service skills and the level of professionalism you displayed during our call. It took me over an hour and speaking to 5 people to get what needed to get done and only 2 of you could give me the level of customer service that not only do I expect as a long time Verizon customer but what is expected out of Verizon's customer service. Thank you again Sierra and thank you to Darrell for all of your help.
