Has anyone left Verizon for Sprint. I am in the process of going to Sprint due to the poor customer service and lack of knowledge by their own employees. I am interested in seeing how much better Sprint is because I know it can not be worse!
Customer service might be better at Sprint; check out their forums, but phone coverage will not be. Verizon is terrible about having accurate information across the board, but they have the largest service coverage area.
