I've had my HTC M8 for 11 months now but for the past two or three its been glitching, freezing, and crashing. I just can't take it anymore and want to switch to a different phone. What steps do I have to take to get a new phone without paying an arm and leg? I was hoping to go back to IOS because Android doesn't really do it for me. Thank you in advanced.

1. Borrow a phone from a family member or friend.
2. Purchase a slightly used phone from a third party retailer like Swappa or Ebay.
3. Purchase a new phone at the full retail price in one lump sum from Verizon Wireless or the manufacturer or a third party retailer like Amazon.
Switch the SIM card from the old phone to the new phone if the SIM card slot is the same size.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Your phone should be covered under the 1 year warranty. They should replace it for free, with the same phone. If you want new one see Ann154's post.
