Submitting Feedback to Verizon

I just got off the phone with a supervisor from Customer Support and they mentioned there is a link within Verizon where one can submit feedback. After searching for 20 minutes and another 30, I could not find such a link.

July of 2011 I signed up for an account with Verizon and the sales rep told me that I would be grandfathered into the unlimited data plan. I specifically inquired about the upgrade process and remaining under the unlimited data plan and the manager at the Verizon store verified with me there would be no hassles upgrading and I would be able to upgrade as normal. It is now time to upgrade and there are in fact issues upgrading like normal and keeping unlimited data. Seeing how this was a very important factor for switching over to Verizon and part of my consideration to sign a contract with Verizon, it is not right to be denied this now. I'm seeking to remain under unlimited data or to seek partial reimbursement on the contract totaling ~$6,000 spent with Verizon to date.

Can someone from Verizon please reach out to me directly or tell me where this feedback link is? The individuals I spoke with this evening were Jenn and Aaron. Aaron was speaking with Bee who is an Operations Manager within Customer Service.

Just a heads up, prior to June of 2012 anyone with unlimited data could still upgrade and keep it so at the time of your inquiries, the information you received was correct. It's miserable but well within the rights of a company to decide if they no longer want to let you keep a retired feature when you enter into a new agreement.

It's at the top, contact us...

But don't waste your time, this is a company policy. Terms and conditions change, the info you were given was correct when it was given. You can buy a phone from a manufacturer and put it on vzw network without changing your plan, it is the only way.

Hello Maduw,

I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I apologize for any inconvenience that this change may have caused. When you were explained the conditions of the plan in July of 2011 the manager at the Verizon Wireless would not have had insight into the possible changes. This change did not take place until July of 2012.

There are a couple ways in which you may remain on the unlimited data plan. The first is to purchase a device at the full retail value. You may also purchase a device from a friend, family or third party source.

Within the terms and conditions there is the possibility that you're plans and services may change. To ensure we can fit you on the right plan, how much data do you use on a monthly basis?
