Been a customer with Verizon for almost 20 years and their story policy won't allow me to bring my son in the store who is less than 12yo on the store with me?!... To pick out a phone for him?
Verizon just how badly do you want your customers to leave?!
What is the age cutoff? Can a parent with a toddler not come in the store? An infant? What is the actual policy? The store rep said I could leave my son in the CAR!
No stated policy just, I couldn't bring my son in with me.
So badly want to find another group to give my money to.

Was it an official Verizon store or a Verizon Authorized Retailer?
