Spotty Coverage

Hi. Lately, our Verizon service has been very spotty and unreliable at home.  It started in the last month or so.  It was fine up until then.  If it doesn't improve I am going to be forced to go back to a land line.  Is there anything that can be done? Is there something that has changed with your towers? Please help.
