My wife and I both have Verizon. Earlier this evening, both phones started having problems connecting for regular voice service. We're getting a single bar (if any) and the service is showing 1x. Is there a service outage in our area?
Thanks for the heads up RobertJamesFTW. I have verified there are no reported issues in the area. So we can troubleshoot correctly, can you please provide us with the make & model phone you are using? Are isues only with voice? Are you able to connect to the internet on your phone?
