First I had trouble making a call and when I texted my daughter, she told me it was coming from a different number. Logged on to My Verizon and it shows my account as having a completely different phone number. Don't know how this happened.
Oneof1097, This is strange, indeed! Have you recently changed phones or added a line of service to your account? Which phone and calling plan do you have with us? We definitely want to look into this for you.
