I have a Verizon tower 2 miles from my house and I can't even make a phone call when sitting in my basement living room anymore never had the problem a couple of years ago. There service is garbage.

Happening in NE Ohio too. My phone works great on WiFi, but I never have more then one bar on Verizon's network. It's not my phone, it's your terrible service. I've been with Verizon for over a decade and have not had service the last 2 years, and I haven't had any decent customer service for even longer. I cannot wait until my contract ends and I can leave.
