We can't make or receive calls,but we can send and receive texts. Is there some kind of problem in the Knoxville Tn area
MWaller, we never like to hear that our customers are having this kind of experience with our cell phone service. I'm not showing any kind of outages in Knoxville. How long has this been going on? What exact zip code are you in? Are you able to use the data on the phone? Also, when you try to call out, do you get a recording? If so, what does the recording say? Please keep us posted.

My zip code is 37918 and this has been going on for 3days ,i can use data and text ,when i call out there is no sound at all and if someone tries to call me it goes to voicemail
