Starting today, all of our iphones (we have a 5, a 5c and a 6) cannot make or receive calls, we are in zip code 20832. Several of our neighbors are reporting the same thing. Instead of saying LTE, the phones say 1x. As soon as we try to make a call, the 1x disappears from the screen, the call screen comes up then after a minute it says Call Failed. I tried resetting my iphone, resetting the network settings, updating to IOS 8.1.3, none of these actions has solved the problem. Seeing as this just started today and is affecting not just my phone but all of the phones on my account and our neighbors phones also, there must be some disruption in our area. Please resolve ASAP.
