I am having service issues and wondering if anyone else is? Spotty internet(data) very slow and will not finish loading websites. The signal keeps switching from 4G to 4G Extended I need use WiFi. Call text no issues just with internet data. Location Casselberry FL 32707.

Oh no Vaio165! I want to make sure you data is in working order! Everything look A okay over here as far as service goes. What is the make/model of your device? When did this start? Is anyone else having the issue?

First the phone is a replacement VZW gave me. It is a BlackBerry Q10 latest OS updates. I had full bars of 4G today but still took forever/not load. Stated just yesterday 4/29 and still going on today 4/30 no one else in my family has any issues.

That's really odd this is happening, Vaio165. Please try powering off, removing SIM card for 1 minute, then reinsert and turn back on. Let's see if this helps with your service, connection, and speeds. http://vz.to/1dAt4JF Please keep us posted.

Your signal should be working top notch! Sorry to learn this has been happening for a few days already. Are other Verizon Wireless customers having same issue in this area? What zip code are you in? How many bars of signal and any dropped calls? Please provide us with more details so we can get to the root cause.
