I cannot access my emails and many other things due to the fact that I have a screen overlay that6 hours and a factory reset couldn't resolve. My cell is useless!!
We want your device to be working perfectly. Can you provide some more details? What kind of device do you have? What does the screen look like? Aside from the factory reset, what other troubleshooting have you done?
