I had a vm message I had been saving. It was the only message I saved and now it is gone. I would go into my voice mail, every other week, and listen to the message, and save it again for another 30 days.
Now it is gone and I am told it cannot be retrieved!
It was a message from a friend that passed away at the end of Dec. 2016. She had called me on July 28, 2016 and sang Happy Birthday to me. How could Verizon just go in and delete something I obviously wanted to save? It was deleted some time this week.
What good does it do to save messages???
That is a bummer and shouldn't happen often! Usually it would only occur when upgrading with certain devices, or if the voicemail platform is upgraded. Did that occur prior to the saved message being dekeyed where you had to re-setup your voicemail box again?
