I am trying to decide between a Samsung Stratosphere and a Droid 3. I prefer the Droid 3 - if only because I like the keyboard more - but I am hung up on the Activesync/Exchange "business capabilities" touted by the Stratosphere. I am not concerned about the security features that will make my IT department happy, I am focused on what additional features it has for ME, a power email user. Does the Stratosphere really have any additional Activesync capabilities beyond what I would get with a Droid 3? Does the push happen differently, does it not require a 3rd party app like Touchdown, does it sync more things that I can't sync on other devices? Do the encryption and other security features specific to the Stratosphere "unlock" Activesync capabilities not otherwise available?
I guess what I'm asking is ... how will the Stratosphere benefit ME in getting my corporate email on my phone over a Droid 3? If it matters, we have an Exchange 2010 server with ActiveSync enabled.
