SIM card issues

Phone (SIII) was originally with my daughter's number; she now has a new phone. We did not transfer the SIM card to her new phone.

I just moved SIII to my son's number. But when trying to activate (*228), I get message stating "A Verizon Wireless SIM card has activated your service and updated your phone's roaming capabilities. Your phone number is ... (and it shows my daughter's phone number)"

How can I get the SIM card activated to my son's number?

Thanks for the reply- I just got it figured out. All I needed to do was shut down the phone and let it cycle again. When it restarted it showed the correct phone number/SIM combination

You will likely need to request a new SIM card from VZW for your sons account.
