Help.

We've had our Verizon wireless account for over 25 years, and have never switched.  Last year we converted our home landline and business landline into the mobile number thing. Everything was fine....UNTIL

Since January 2016, our signal strength has been going downhill. All our lines, including 5 mobile devices, now barely function while at home. I've tried to reach someone at Verizon several times for help, only to be told "an engineer will be in touch".  Then nothing!  I received texts stating a case has been opened, but no end results.

We can't make/receive calls, send/receive texts or emails at home.  I looked up signal boosters, but they need internet to work and we have restricted satellite internet.

I'm fed up, and am ready to take all my phones to another provider.

i say someone needs to escalate this to the managerial level for 100s including us are getting the most inferior service ever at a premium price.its worthless and an embarrassment to our intellect when we who pay their salaries, be sent to support and blame devices.if anyone knows that contact, tell us. we need a petition now against inferior services.

I have used verizon wireless voice and data for several years I am into my third or fourth year, beyond contract and service has deteriorated significantly over the past few months regardless of which phone I use; I have several, in area code 510, California which I rarely operate outside of.

I get one and zero bars signal strength regularly.

Internet access is just about useless; I get screen messages that say "no network connection" and of course that means no Internet.

Text messages are sometimes not delivered, not received at all, or they are delayed hours or days at times.

Customer service has put me through the "reboot" process which supposedly reconnects you to the network... no help at all. Its the multi button hold down and menu process, not just the shut down or restart process.

This is not business grade service. It is not even toy grade service a kid would desire.

I dont download and install apps, do facebook, or instagram or games and all that nonsense spyware bait.

Verizon's service appears to me to be broken, sub par, deteriorated, getting worse, and interfering with my ability to do business.

Sorry folks, the days of a desktop landline phone as the heart of business is over, and Verizon at this time is down and out for some unpublished reason apparently. The last thing I want from technical service is a sales pitch when the product is broken!

That's not good but I imagine all these vendors are probably working similarly, making too much dough to bother providing what they promise.
