Rose - the best tech support agent!

Hi,

This morning I had a frustrating experience with a tech support agent from Verizon Wireless.

I just called back again this morning and a better-trained agent was able to help me where the person this morning said that "it is impossible for me to do that."

So, my note to you all is that each agent you reach has different skills.

They aren't all as experienced as the best agent I've ever had, which is Rose.
