I have chatted twice since Saturday with Verizon and was assured yesterday that it would be fixed by the end of the day. That did not happen and it's quite annoying. Judging from the app reviews in Google Play, this problem goes back a couple of months. Verizon needs to get this fixed in the next day or two or come up with an alternative way for customers to purchase and manage their ringtones and ringback tones.
