I bought a ring back tone earlier today and when I set it as my default ring back tone; well the ring back tone when u call me isn't the one i bought and set aside default. Why isn't my ring back tone the one that i bought and I would like the problem fixed please and thank you jereme

I, too, use the Verizon Ringback Tones feature and love it. I would be glad to assist you with managing your ringback tones.
Here’s a link that includes the “How to Use Guide” for Verizon Tones: http://vz.to/1lmsQK2. Once you log into the Verizon Tones page online, check to see if you have a ringback tone set for “Group”, “Day of the Week” or “Time of Day”. This may be the reason your assigned ringback tone is not playing for your incoming calls. Please keep me posted with what you find.
