Retrieving my ring backs & ring tones

I went to My Account/My Service/My Media and the boxes that you are to click on don't work so HOW do I get my ring backs and ring tones that I have already paid for????  I don;t like paying double for something I already own....

Ringback Tones are not stored directly on your device so if you ever change phones there's no interaction required from you, they'll still be there after you switch phones.

As far as your normal ringtones, did you buy a new phone as an upgrade or did you get a warranty exchange? If you bought a new phone as an upgrade you would not be able to retrieve your ringtones, you'll have to repurchase them if you wish (Or make your own for free..which we can help you with if you want).

If you got the device as a replacement under warranty then you won't have to repurchase them. If the Media Retrieval isn't working for (it doesn't work for most people) then you can redownload the ringtones you had previously and contact customer service to request a credit.
