We need to replace a damaged phone (LG EnV Touch) through an insurance claim. How do we retrieve all of the ringtones/games that we had downloaded on this phone? I've been all over the Verizonwireless.com site...

When you log in to MyVerizon, on the right hand side, is a list of links. One of them is "View my Media" - and it will give you a list of ringtones, games, music, etc that you have purchased. If this phone is being replaced on an insurance claim, you SHOULD be able to "retrieve" media for the new phone.
This hasn't always worked, but a Verizon service rep has told me (and this did work) to repurchase the media, and then issued me a credit on my bill for the repurchases.
