Hello. I would like two questions answered (in some detail) please - and these are purely for study reasons only, no other reason. Its just that I've tried to research the answers to my two questions myself, but I can't seem to find anything online that will help me. Question 1: When did Verizon introduce Smartphones and unlimited data initially (I'm assuming it was in 2002, but I could possibly be wrong) and question 2: Is it true that large corporations, state and federal government still have access to unlimited data and if this is the case, why? You can pm me your answers if you like, or if there is anyone else here who can give me correct, neutral, non-bias answers these would be greatly appreciated. I really need these answers by 15th Feb 2014. Thank you.
