I was away from my home for apprx 6 months but upon returning it seems like the reception at my home has become exceeding poor. I am having lots of dropped calls, and poor signal strength.
I only average 95 db 1 asu on my patio, and worse in the house. I cannot get a 4g LTE signal at all. Prior to April of 2013 it was always strong and good.
Please investigate, and fix. It is making my cell phone worthless at home.

Keep in mind that this is a peer to peer forum, not a direct connection to Verizon Wireless. We're all VZW customers just like you. Sometimes someone from Verizon customer service does check in here, but it's not automatic.
