I'm having the same problem. After having fair coverage for the last 5 or 6 years, we suddenly lost 4g here. All devices have the problem. The only response I get is it's not an optimal area. Then why did we have 4g up until 3 weeks ago? I'm very frustrated by this and also by the lack of response. I realize we can't expect super coverage here, but all I want is our 4g back. Can't someone at least explain why this has happened?

Past few weeks many have the same issue myself included but all that comes from Verizon is scripted non answer reply no help or anything beyond that I got a repeat private message probably ten for various issues want me to authenticate account nothing else just get ignored one rep said recently having one bar is good in a non scripted reply

We are sorry to hear about the issues in the area. Verizon Wireless is always working to provide the best and most service in all locations. We understand service worked here great, but in the past 4-6 years, many new customers may get service, new buildings may be on the way, and others being built, foliage can increase, and changes around the tower can occur. These call all affect how the signal travels. Did you try all troubleshooting with us? Please meet us in a Private Note and we can go over everything with you.

Nope, older neighborhood, same buildings, same tower, same trees, same distance.  How is it one rep can confirm there are service issues while another says there isnt?  Why doesn’t Verizon send some to my house and I can show you how bad it is.  I can drive you around the neighborhood and show you all other dead spots.

Same with me been over twenty years that anything changed where I am no new houses less trees etc maybe a mile from there tower had one tell me yesterday that the signal is controlled or fixable in the my Verizon app before he put me on and off hold claimed to be fixing my issue ten minutes later proceed to talk over me and more holds issue not fixed how surprise other claim it's just my device i.e buy a new phone and claim no outages and no known problem excuses

I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and my last 6 years living in Key West, Florida 33040, have been the worst service I've experienced, especially the areas between the North end of Duval St and William St. Usually two bars or less of service and sometimes data stream can be nonexistent. Latest speed test 4:17pm on Febuary 26, 2021 standing outside. Download 1.90 Mbps & Upload 1.14 Mbps
