I just recently upgraded my phone. I thought I saw somewhere on the web site how to download your old media onto the new phone. I can't find it now that I've gotten everything activated. Can anyone help me?

You can probably take it by one of the Verizon stores and they will move the data for you.

Log into your verizon online account. Click "my media" and in there see if you can download the things to your new phone.

You can re-download at no cost for applications and ringtones, if you have a Certified Like-New Replacement or In Warranty Exchange device. Airtime or megabyte charges and messaging fees may apply, depending on your plan, when retrieving media. However, since you upgraded your device, you will not be eligible for free media retrieval. If you would like to still take advantage and re-download at cost, sign into My Verizon and click Media tab. You should then see instructions.
