So then order from Apple next time if you think it will be a better customer experience? You have options. But their site went down during preorders too.
Verizon randomly canceled my iPhone order last year, which then put me to the back of the queue. I then decided to just order my phone somewhere else, or possibly just wait a few weeks after launch.
VW has really bad customer service. I preordered the iphone 6+ on 3:00am ET and got email which stated it would be delivery by 9/19. My friend also ordered one after me. But today he got a tracking no and I got nothing. I called CS and they just transfer me here to there three times, finally get one answer it will be delivery by 10/2 after 30 minutes waiting. Ask the agent why? She has very official answer :" I cannot do anything. "
So the email means nothing, VW can change the order whatever they like.
This is the worst customer service I had so far.
