I was sold a plan and phones that should have allowed me to get a discount through my employer. THEY LIED. I was with sprint since the 90's but was having a problem with dropped calls. Sprint customer support told me it was fixing the problem , but it would take 6 months to a year to resolve due to towers being taken off line. I went with VERLIESON and was assured that I would receive my Employee discount in the second or third month( NOT). After my wife and I made numerous calls to many different people at there POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENER they only allowed 1 month discount. They blame the sales women at the VERLIESON store they blame the paperwork we filled out as being out of date, but now I'm stuck with this plan and it will cost me over 200.00 more than agreed to. I will bad mouth them to everyone that asks, I will not lie just the truth about how they deceive and lie to get your business.
