Prepaid account - addd'l 1GB of data with Autopay?

I have had an iPhone 6 on "prepaid" account, with autopay in place, for several months.  My understanding was that an additional 1 GB of data would be given to me, in addition to the base 1GB.  This month is the first time I have approached the base 1GB limit, and instead of notices about the second bonus 1GB, I am getting notices that "your data usage is approaching its limit".  Anyone know how or when the bonus GB kicks in?  Isn't it automatic, or do I have to do something?

We know how inconvenient it is to deal with overages. The data alerts will still appear when you have promotional data. However, you would want to check your account or speak with prepaid to confirm the promotional data is being used. Give them a call here:


To reach our Prepay Team, please dial 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone. When prompted, enter your prepaid phone number. Then press 4 (for questions or to change something), then 5 (for Store Locations or Billing Questions), then 4 (for Customer Service Rep) and then enter your pass code for your account.  If you do not know the pass code enter in four zeros. Then the system will transfer you to a Prepaid representative.
