Poor signal in new community in the zip code 34655

Please increase signal in Trinity/Odessa area.I cannot receive calls inside my house! And I am not spending $250 on a network extender for 3G. If it was for 4G possibly, but NOT for 3G!!!

Wireless devices use radio transmissions; therefore many factors can play a part in how your device receives our signals. Some factors include terrain, foliage, weather and buildings. It becomes more difficult to guarantee service inside a building because there are different types of materials used in the structure, some that restrict signals more than others. Does service improve for you outdoors?

DajeSmith, thanks for those clues. Wireless service can be challenging indoors. As a result, no wireless provider can guarantee services indoors. Have you ever had decent service in your residence? No. We just moved here and it has always been low. I am not spending $250 for 3G. Also, the entire area is low signal. Only 2 bars outside. We need improvement from your end, please.
