We have been complaining for years about the coverage in this area. One to half a bar, consistent dropped calls and poor speed.
Drop some cash and put up a tower. The current coverage really sucks for us.
I have yet to see a response from Verizon with an explanation.
The only official way to report an issue is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate it.

The service in San Ramon around Crow Canyon/680 freeway is horrible. I cannot send a text, cannot view anything on Internet. I work here and my office does not have WiFi. It is so bad I am considering switching companies. There are very many businesses, stores and restaurants here including Bishop Ranch, one of the largest office complexes in the Bay Area.
