I'm getting full/almost full signal outside, but almost to internet. Internet speed is below 5kb/s, very unstable, drops every few minutes.
106-112 streets, around 8th ave, downtown Bellevue
Anybody experiencing same problems? Any way to resolve this with Verizon?

That's a known dead spot. I called in in several times but they told me it's between towers and given that there's quite a lot of buildings and the position of the towers, there's no easy way of resolving it without building additional towers in the area and the added expense to build the towers. I'm at the Transit center (108th and 6th) and I can barely get internet access and phone service from time to time. It could be that it's over-loaded/over-subscribed. i know I had difficulties yesterday around 106th and 4th which caused my phone to become unregistered and I had to call customer support to have my phone re-associated.

Thank you for response! I didn't event expect to hear back from you..
I've moved to new office about 2 month ago. The problem exist since the very first day, and it is still present. The internet is really-really bad, almost impossible to use.
There are a lot of office buildings around that area, I'm sure all verizon customers in the area experiencing problems. Hope verizon can fix it.

Alex, thanks for the additional info! Congrats on the office move! Do the issues occur inside the building mostly? Service indoors cannot be guaranteed because the structures make can vary. If you have access to a broadband connection at your work, I would say that a network extender would be a great option: http://bit.ly/AKkC Do other people in the office have the issue? Is your service working everywhere else?
Let us know!

I'll stay away from network extenders especially if Verizon does not officially support this technology. It took me a week to set it up with Tier-3 suppport, once installed, found it it's assigned to the wrong person, paperwork mess up, etc. After filing a lawsuit, I now have a network extender paperweight on my desk. Various people also report the same thing experience. If you do go down this path, go with a non-verizon solution.

I would like to second this... My coverage is horrible in this highly advanced city 98004 with tmobile corporate building in my eyesight. All of us who work in bellevue have horrible service with verizon, i have to move 3 miles north or south to get good coverage again. And i am in a wide open area too.
