I've lived in Bellevue, WA for about six months now and have experienced poor quality of service in both my home and office. The zip code of interest is 98008. Despite LTE service being readily available in the greater area, I can only receive 3G service in my home, and almost every voice call I make or receive fails after a few minutes.
How can I report this lack of adequate coverage to Verizon?
