Poor Call signal

I have been with Verizon since before it became Verizon when they bought up Mobile one.  I have recently had very poor service at my home and at work and no service at all in some spots. I have been at the same residence for 19 years.  What has changed??  They are saying I need a new phone and something about 3G.  I have a 4Glte phone and what has that got to do with dropped calls?  What is happening to the system?  Is it just me?  If I have to buy a new phone, I might as well go to another carrier.

So disappointed lately.

We would never want to lose you as a customer. I depend on my service at home and at work so lets get this figured out. When did this problem start? What is the  cross streets and city of where you are having this problem? Is this issue only happening inside your home/work locations?
