As of last night, my phone (Samsung Reality) stopped working. A friend of mine let me borrow his Samsung Fascinate. With the Reality, I had a $10 minimum data package. If I use the Fascinate temporarily, will it charge the account for a higher data package, seeing as the Fascinate is a "smarter" phone than what I had previously. I will only need the temporary phone for a few days, so I don't want to pay for all the extra data. Does anyone know how this would affect my account? If I didn't use any data with this phone (and only stayed connected to the wifi and such), I don't think it should charge me anymore, would this be correct?

The Samsung Fascinate is a smartphone and will require the smartphone data plan for it to be activated on your line.
