Pfishing email

Newbie

I just got an email that said my minutes were gone, well I started to click from the message, and then thank God my brain kicked in. I went and typed in the address myself and I have only used less than half!.

Never click from an email people. The bastards are out to get ya one way or another!!!

I am attaching a copy so you will know what to look for...it looks very real!!!

You just exposed your personal info. on this public form by including that attachment.  It may very well have been from Verizon ... several threads on here about folks who are getting alerts that they are over on minutes/texts/data when they aren't.

@menopause
Phishing email can be very annoying and frustrating!  I am glad you did not open any attachments in the email as well.  If you still have the email, please forward it to phishing@verizonwireless.com for review.  You won't receive a response to the email, but the information will help us investigate.  Thanks!
