People are leaving voice mail messages, but I'm not receiving them

For a couple of days, people have been leaving messages for me, but I haven't been able to retrieve them from the service. I tried a test message calling myself from a land line today, and got a message, but the older ones aren't coming through. ¿Qué puedo hacer al respecto? Gracias.

So you know there are messages, but can not hear them, or you are not receiving a notification there is a VM?

I'm not receiving notification and there weren't any in the queue when I checked after people had told me they had left them.
