Hi
I have a past due amount on my account that I have just made half the payment. My service shut off today and I am unable to pay the other half for a week and a half. I cannot speak to a representative, to make a payment arrangement because every call I make gets transferred to an automated number at financial services. Please help.

Financial services is who you need to speak to. Preferably before you are late.

EVERY call I make to them is to an automated representative who does not give me a option to make a payment arrangement. Its like running around in circles.

Call 800-922-0204 from another phone, but I suspect once you enter your number, you will be forwarded to Financial Services which I believe is not open during the weekend

Let's get to the bottom of this so you can set up your payment arrangement!
You need to speak with our Financial service department at 866-266-1445 to set this up. They are available Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 7am to 5pm CDT.
I'm sure they will be more than happy to help.
