Finding late fees on bill that has been paid prior to due date. Why does it take so long to register payment on my account online when it disappears from my bank account almost immediately? I just paid my latest bill, which isn't due until March 9th. If I see another late fee attached I will be exploring other cell plans.Why is there no immediate contact/messaging available on the My Account page?
If you are paying through your bank account it takes time to hit vzw. Thats why youre getting late fees and isnt a vzw error. Why dont you just go onto your vzw account and pay there directly, or in the automated system? You can contact customer car by dialing *611 from your cell or 800-922-0204.
