My wife and I bought our IPhones (paid in full) at the Apple Store, why are we getting charged $40 each for line access fees?
When did you purchase the phones? How much did you pay? Which plan do you have? Does your MyVerizon account online show your lines under contract?

ann154 guess might be right either you are still in contract or you have more everything plan
