I am seeing a Class Action suit in the future for anyone who purchased, believing it was the only option.
Just an FYI, as I refused to buy the device when a Rep told me "to walk down the street if I needed to make a call"- unfortunately, I am not joking regarding what he told me. Shameful customer 'service???' .
