Outage in arkansas. 8/1/16. Verizon mobile issues for several hours in Hartman, Arkansas 72830. Calls and text coming in but disappearring before I can read or answer them. Info on my verizon app is all jacked up. Shows wrong plans. Calls coming in with no caller i.d. or just zeros & unreadable letters. Opening chrome just shows red circle with slash through it. Contacts are not showing up. Unable to use apps that need data. Time and date on phone changing intermittenly. Outage causing phone to have operarional issues. *****When will this be fixed?***** Verizon should inform customers. Will add note when service is restored in working condition. No way to report other than this

verZion cell service dead in NW arkanas as well as most major cities in AR
