Help replacement phone worst than the original phone. Will not charge with original charge cable.

Were you having this same issue with the previous device? If you connect the phone to a computer using the cable instead of a wall adapter, does it charge or do much of anything? Did you try another cable?
Your replacement can be replaced also. I would agree you should try another charger First.
