North Waltham - Northgate Condos dropped calls

I just moved to this area and the cell (4G, 3G, and voice) reception is next to nothing. Is there anything I can do (femtocell perhaps) or is verizon looking into this issue?  This occurs in my condo, outside and in the neighborhood.

You can purchase a network extender for the condo and connect it to your landline internet. It will not help with the signal outdoors. The terrain, building construction and other nearby building can all have an affect on the quality of the signal.

You will have to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request a trouble ticket for the cellular signal to be investigated for the exterior levels.
