I have been on the Kansas State campus since 1:15 today and I have been unable to do anything except use Wi-Fi. No calls, no outbound texting. I am inside Bramalage Coliseum at floor level, which is below ground, but normally, service is good there. Is something wrong in the city itself and/or the campus?
