i have noticed over the last 8 mo. Or so, that my service in my home has become worse. I get one or two bars, and when I make a call, people can’t her me...I am “breaking up” I have been a very long time customer of Verizon, and never changed plans because I have always had good reception. Did a tower get struck? Or do they check the towers for any damage after storms? I have many people in my area that are having the same issue. I don’t know who to contact regarding the tower issue....my phone is in like new condition.

We are dedicated to offering you the best possible service when and where needed. May I have your zip code to investigate the area? Does the service improve once you step outside of your home? Is Enable LTE set to Voice and Data via Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Options>Enable LTE?
