This is repeated and happened with me.
Family share plan, In march Coriana lied to me about moving to a different plan with no cost -LIES ( please listen to the calls)
Today 8/3/18, 2 people have answered my questions incorrectly and The agent gave me partial truth - instead of manager Andre who i held on to speak to for 1 hr and 41 mins - Michael come online and starts giving another load of incorrect information without checking with Aubrey who promised to revert plan coz i was lied to and he insisted i forget the conversation with Aubrey - after me insisting 2 hours of wrong info he checked and was not apologetic and said we will try to get your old plan back and refused to g=return the money back!!
$30 Aubrey credited in appreciation of me holding for 1hr 41 mins now was made to sound by Michael as if it was a favor and I should forget all the conversation.
Andre the manager is still not online - it is now 2 hours and 30 mins while Michael is finding Andres supervisors email address.
I will next file with FCC but this is documenting i did try to work it out with the business.
and at completion of 2:28 mins I was told there is no email address. I am tired with a headache and starving since I can go get my dinner - [removed]
I have a promise to get a call from Andre tomorrow but Michael did say Andre cannot help me with correcting all wrong information given.( listen to the calls with Michael and Aubrey) Is there an alternate dept? or CEO/COO 's office or a level 2 even- what kind of business is this you say all calls are recorded and they lie on calls outright !!
Is there anybody else to speak to before lodging a complaint with the FCC ???

If you're off a grandfathered plan for over 60 days, you aren't getting it back. No amount of supervisors or FCC complaints is going to change this. If you were moved off an old plan that isn't available anymore since March, it's gone.
You are definitely an employee under a different handle... we shall see. I will keep all updated... and already taken other steps too.

You only have 14 days from the plan changes to submit an inactive pricing request to reverse a plan change back to the retired plan.
