I'm in PR now and me and my daughter's phone works perfectly. I have the LG V20 and she has the S7. Right now in Old San Juan with 4 bars of LTE. Did any of you turn on roaming. I bet none of you did

Of course, Puerto Rico is not international as it is in the US...

I confirm that in July of 2019 we had the same issue with NOT HAVING THE VERIZON SERVICE during the trip to Puerto Rico. It involved multiple phones with different plans so it is not related to the phone model, Verizon plan or the town on the iseland. We weren't able to use the navigator while traveling, it was horrific. The only person who had no issues with phone or data connectivity was the one who had Cricket. Note, I'm not affiliated with Cricket. Still using Verizon as in my area of US it's coverage is better than of ATT. Just an advise to those traveling to PR.
