I have been having nightmare for a week.
I used to pay around $180 per month with me and my sister on the contract.
But for this month verizon took away $400 without any explanation and notice, and the reason was because I somehow changed my plan and revived accounts for my aunt and niece who got out of contracts a year ago.
My sister and I were also trying to exit contract since we are all moving out of country and Verizon is giving us terrible response to prevent us from getting out of their over priced contracts.
I had to explain to these 'customer avoiding' call representatives for over 40 minutes about how I never changed the plan and that I have absolutely no knowledge for such alternation.
However, all they wanted to do was blaming me for this incident that obviously occurred from their system error and failure.
The only option that they were giving was $50 deduction for unwanted payment each month, which is a solution completely out of place.
We just wanted to peacefully draw out of Verizon's service but they are giving us the worst farewell that we can think of...
